Do you mean the Civ2 Scenario League? If yes then those are located in the here. Well, it is a bit ugly that they are mixed with the Civ2 creation treads, but that's it how I understand it.

Game League was sponsored by Apolyton for Civ II MP. Back when MSN had a Civ II area. I had a badge that was developed in recognition of it. Evidently it's gone too.

I would love to bring it back. What I remember from the first anniversary of 9/11 is that the 9/11 threads were already gone after the annual OT thread purging. I guess from that on the OT was archived.

We have Civ2 threads from 1998 I think.

It is. GameLeague was an independent site that hosted it's forum here. As far as I know the forum was deleted or otherwise lost sometime after GL died. Quite a few of the GL'ers have remained here and some pushed for a civgroup.
