The Kerry wins EC but Bush wins popular vote theory:
- Bush is winning a lot of states in the Plains and the South by gigantic double digit margins.
- Kerry isn't as strong in many usual Democratic strongholds, such as New Jersey and Hawaii. However, he'll still probably win them.

There was an article in one of the mayor Dutch papers about this as well this morning. Bush gets the popular vote and Kerry will be the next president.Within weeks they'll be re-opening the shipyards
