For there is [another] kind of violence, slower but just as deadly, destructive as the shot or the bomb in the night. This is the violence of institutions -- indifference, inaction, and decay. This is the violence that afflicts the poor, that poisons relations between men because their skin has different colors. - Bobby Kennedy (Mindless Menance of Violence)

Greece has seen a massive depression in recent years which led to the healthcare budget cut drastically.
Our healthcare system, while problematic and inconsistent, is still better than that of Greece

All the civil services in your country have been cut dramatically. It is a wonder your country even functions now.For there is [another] kind of violence, slower but just as deadly, destructive as the shot or the bomb in the night. the US is famous for 3 things
_its gun violence
_the attrocious way in which it handles healthcare
_its religious fanatism
(I said the bad)
it's true and you have a massive point about how depression and the nazis tried to kill us all but they failed.
while the healthcare system has suffered greatly it still manages. that's because we kicked the neoliberals out and diverted resources there. it still is in a considerable worse state than it was in say 2006 when it was judged better than the UK's (for comparison)

As for "only amazingly dumb people get to get pneumonia" ... you are amazingly dumb to say that. So I hope you don't get pneumonia.
Pneumonia is something a healthy person can get without warning. It is even possible to have pneumonia without realizing you have it (little to no symptoms) and be a carrier. The idea that you can only get pneumonia by neglecting to get treatment for a cold or the flu is as stupid as your claim that pneumonia is "non existant" in Greece.

Theoretically yes, you can get pneumonia just walking on the street. It is unlikely, but possible. The risk increases when in confined places with someone already infected, whether they display symptoms or not. There are also risk factors such as other illnesses, genetics, stress, age, etc.
