Bad timing for her. But unless something else happens, this will forgotten by November. But if something else happens it could stick.

This latest episode just narrow her margin for error when it comes to this issue.
I think this happened to early in a race full of drama and twists. Trump could sink himself with his mouth.

I do think she is being underestimated and I think we will see that in November. She is running a low key, albeit high mobilization and high registration campaign. Mr Orange Hair is running a high visibility campaign, though with very poor ground efforts.
For there is [another] kind of violence, slower but just as deadly, destructive as the shot or the bomb in the night. This is the violence of institutions -- indifference, inaction, and decay. This is the violence that afflicts the poor, that poisons relations between men because their skin has different colors. - Bobby Kennedy (Mindless Menance of Violence)

    • Actually she's in a no-win perception wise.
She wins by a lot and people go, of course you did, it was Trump.
She wins but not handily, that's the best she could do against the worst candidate ever.
She loses, and is the laughing stock for generations for come.

Falling, or even worse fainting, in the debates would be a nail in the coffin. If I were in Trump's team and wanted to be underhanded I'd get some supporters with colds and flu try and shake her hand a few days before.
One day Canada will rule the world, and then we'll all be sorry.

        • Damn, how bad is your healthcare system if even someone like Hillary can get pneumonia?

I think it will be in between 1 and 2. Not resoundingly, but by a solid margin. If the dems pull off a shock in Texas with their mass registration drive we may see a bigger margin of a win.

It seems like the democrats are pushing more of a political machine type of campaign. It could very well pay off.

              Better than yours.

Pneumonia is not uncommon. Even young healthy people have been known to contract it.

Well when your candidate is as bad as Hillary is, that's all you can do. They're fortunate that shes running against someone worse.

I think it is more machine politics this time and simply getting people out to vote for the party. That is what is happening in Texas, Georgia and even Mississippi. Mass registration drives.

She isn't bad. Decent. But not great either. I don't think she has to be awesome, with the groundwork that is going on right now. She also has out raised Trump in fundraising substantially... Again, that could be part of the political machine.

I think she will be a competent and adequate President however.

                  • You have considerably lower standards than I do.
                    But it's only my opinion.

But yes, the party will win due to more/better effort.

In all honesty, I could probably win with that support.

Um not exactly. I guess we see things differently.

But to add.. I think Trump has fueled registration for the democrats. I think the polls we are seeing fail to take that into account.

                      • Ir it's polls of registered voters than yes, they are taken into account.
At least my company is including them.

Pneumonia is ****ing rare in civilized countries. You go to the doc before you develop it, get your paid sick leave, stay in bed and nurse your bronchitis or whatever back to health.

                          • Pneumonia is actually quite common.

                            • It's very rare (where I come from)
You have to be a bit dumb to get it.
You get a cold you go to the doctor. (free)
                              It's a virus?
Nothing but some minor harmless drugs.
It's an infection? antibiotics (20% contribution around 3 euros? maybe I'm saying too much). Done.
                              No pneumonia

                              • I can only find rates per country inc influenza, but I t looks like the death rate (per 1000 people, not cases) from pneumonia/influenza is about 2 times higher in Greece and Russia than in the US
