Your country has extremely high unemployment and doesn't even have enough hospitals. It doesn't matter if free healthcare is provided on paper, when most of your infrastructure collapsed in the ongoing depression your country is in.

Incredible exposure to many people is another way. Hillary was going to state fairs, to gatherings and was trying to give her campaign a more personal face to face appearance. This has its risks. She shook a lot of hands and talked with many people. Trump just does a stupid rally here and there... Hillary is running a low intensity, high mobilization campaign. By high intensity I am referring to high media exposure. She would rather preferred to actually talk to people face to face. Again, that has its risks.

      • Hillary has bounced back in Michigan (6% lead) and to an 8% lead in Virginia.

The one in Virginia including respondents from the day of the unfortunate incident.

We will see if this holds. PPP was noted to me as actually being slightly biased towards republicans, even though its a democrat pollster.

        • Let's attribute the Heatstroke-Info to overeager campaigners. Let's further assume it was a pneumonia caused by something not infectious to everyone else there like worms. Babyhugging and crowds would be unwise or a really dickish move in any other case.

Still the problem highlighted here is not the conspiratorial 'it must be xxx disease' but for me shows a certain believability problem. Aka she lied so often it becomes hard to tell whether the non-news of a short illness is truthful or not.

Which brings me to my point:
The United States of America did on two occasions snub their president for lying, does the office not demand a certain amount of integrity anymore?
Curse your sudden but inevitable betrayal!

          • Hillary is actually quite honest compared to her opponent.

            Politifact (nonpartisan) corroborates that.

But if you are looking for complete honesty and integrity, you are in the wrong game.

            • Aeson, that deaths caused by pneumonia, not incidents of pneumonia. American emergency care is good, but preventative care could be much better than it. "Just" catching pneumonia is very rare here. It's usually a complication caused by flu or another disease, not something you get all of a sudden, unless it's a hospital strain. Maybe American ubiquitous ACs are to blame for it as well?

Is that why pneumonia is more common in Russia?

You're insufferable. I'm reading a report right now that says there were 5 million cases in the US in 2011, 1.2 million of them required hospitalization and resulted in 60k deaths.

Russia had around 1.5 million cases, 450k of them required hospitalization, 40k deaths.

So yes, our death rate is worse than yours, but we have more than three times fewer cases of pneumonia in a population twice as small as the American one. As I've said, your emergency care is good, your preventative care is not.

How many people are in Russia? 120 million.

How many people are in the United states? 300+ million now.

It doesn't help your argument you totally ignore ratios. Your rate of infection is higher. The US has a population more than your double yours.

Your entire health care system is a disaster, so you aren't in a position to talk about preventive care.

Insufferable? For what? Pointing out the flaws of Russians hypocritically criticizing America's health care system? Our preventive care is far more effective than your own! Period.

And I think this country would be better off with a universal healthcare system.

By the way, death rates and infection rates have actually declined in the past few years (look at rates, not just pure numbers). Russia's have soared and your death rate is one of the worst if you are counted in Europe.

Edit: 142 million - Russia, 324 million US. To be more accurate. Accuracy is not a priority for Putin's army of internet trolls.

And let's not even talk about how many Russians die from the flu. So much for preventive medicine.

Oh look he is distorting and making up statistics. Including bringing up numbers that are nearly six years old. Bravo!

Also consider this: The Russian government is notorious for underreporting real figures. No transparency!

As I noted, it was death rate inc influenza.

I agree that the US healthcare system isn't very good at preventive care for the poor and middle class. For the poor we also don't have good outpatient healthcare either.

Though in the case of Hillary, she is rich with her own team of doctors no doubt, and for the rich we have the best healthcare in the world.

As for contracting pneumonia, it doesn't require a primary infection like the flu or a cold. You can get it many ways.

                        • The US healthcare system can be a whole lot better. But I would still take it over Russia's.

The poor do heavily rely on lower cost clinics... Obamacare was a good step, but it was nothing more than a step that one certain a-hole in this country would reverse. Obama came out forcefully against that a-hole today... and it may help Hillary greatly as Obama is still the most respected and well liked politician in this country. By a long mile.

The US is also quite inefficient, but even so... still better than Russia.

                          • Donald Trump’s campaign manager bristled at questions over whether the Republican presidential nominee is using the specter of an IRS audit to avoid releasing his tax returns, hitting back forcefully when asked Tuesday for proof of the audit.

This fool made an ass of herself on national television. Trump's unpopularity rating will soar even more after this. Now it really looks like he is hiding something.

Calling him a liar? No **** sherlock.

The real point is she dodged everything about tax returns and his own health. Perhaps there is something about his health she doesn't want us to know. This is why he's being eerily quiet about Hillary's incident. He may not be that healthy.

I have to ask where you got your summation of this statement from?

You not only state he is the most respected and well like..but also by a long mile....just asking how did you deduce this?

You have to respect Obama for statements like the one above.
