Second, as GePap pointed out, the increased infection rates, as pointed out in your source, came from people not using condoms, not from condoms failing.

There are 77,788,917 examples of children being at home dependents in last years taxes.

Can you produce any statistic justifying your stance... say, even 250,000 examples... less than a 10th of 1 percent of the population?

Even then that would be a very tenuous support for an argument.
