        Only the church accepts 13 as the age of consent. Unless you're being diddled by a priest. The age for that is quite lower.
        The state recognizes no contracts from those at that age.

              Uh, protestant churches that don't do infant baptism accept baptisms done at the same age. Jewish people do their bar mitzvahs then too.
