Also, last time I saw my therapist we decided the two most important things I need to do right now are get more sleep every night and focus on my new core beliefs in the morning. I'm really trying to stick to that, and pulling an all-nighter to maybe not flunk a stat test isn't going to help with either of those goals.

Well, then I can help you. Why am I offering? Because I think you're not a loser, you're just depressed, and because you're making many of the same mistakes that I did for the exact same reasons. I eventually overcame that crap. So can you.

I'll be in and out today. I really, really, really recommend going into the test rather than blowing it off. The other option is to send an email to the prof and tell him that you've been ill for the past while and ask if you can make the exam up another time. Get a note from your therapist.
