I'm on spring break this week, which means it's okay that I'm not showing up for class or doing my homework. Next week it stops being okay again, by which I mean I'll feel ashamed when I think about what my friends will think but have no feelings about the matter myself, because I've transitioned into a very apathetic phase of my depression.

I had a bad case of trouble getting motivated to go to class, too.

My sister, a retired professor who never had the problem, says she can't believe students choose to throw away the money they paid like that. Try to go to class - the single thing, in retrospect, that college did for me was to make me study subjects I wasn't interested in. I've a much better-rounded education for that.
