Try to find something enjoyable to do, like play civ, it may be boring, but at least it may get you to direct your attention to something else other than the depressive mood.

Forget about Civ. Lock yourself in a dark room with a bunch of graduated cylinders. Masturbate as much as you can. See how high you can fill one cylinder up in a 24 hour period, and then try to break that record.
Remember that sunscreen song from the 90s. "The race is long and, in the end, it's only with yourself."John Brown did nothing wrong.

Alas, there is a very strong possibility that my long-term anti-depressant use has crippled my ability to masturbate like a wild monkey. That or I'm not 17 anymore.Click here if you're having trouble sleeping.

Yeah, but SSRI-induced sexual dysfunction is a thing. I'm not going to go into details, but let's just say my ex probably has a much better sex life now.Click here if you're having trouble sleeping.

When it comes to what's bringing down my self-esteem, that issue is the least of my concerns (which is part of the problem). So there's no reason for me to deflect blame onto anyone else as far as that goes.Click here if you're having trouble sleeping.

I've watched it before. Don't know why I'm watching it again. Yeah, it's not as clever as it thinks it is, but it's still fun. Interestingly, there is a "rationalist" fanfic re-telling of the story online. As in, Death Note, but with a Light who subscribes to Bayes' Theorem. I read a chapter or so. It was excruciating.Click here if you're having trouble sleeping.

I had to take my car into the mechanic earlier this week, costing me a minor fortune I didn't have. The upside: without a car for a day, I walked around plenty. Of course, it was raining.Click here if you're having trouble sleeping.
