Death Note kinda pisses me off. It's one of those anime's that's half-bright and thinks it's brilliant. Like it was written by sharp 12 year-olds, y'know? All the characters talk way too much.

I've watched it before. Don't know why I'm watching it again. Yeah, it's not as clever as it thinks it is, but it's still fun. Interestingly, there is a "rationalist" fanfic re-telling of the story online. As in, Death Note, but with a Light who subscribes to Bayes' Theorem. I read a chapter or so. It was excruciating.
