What definition of categorize are you using? Because it clearly ain't the one that is commonly used. Certainly not the dictionary definition.“As a lifelong member of the Columbia Business School community, I adhere to the principles of truth, integrity, and respect. I will not lie, cheat, steal, or tolerate those who do.”

So I'm still waiting for a racist quote from GT to discuss. It's almost as if all his overconfident, absolutist assertions were spoonfed to him by a trusted website or subreddit. Sheeple

Covert racism is often unintentional because it is so deeply ingrained in white thought. However, that does not absolve them of guilt, because the information and education about is freely available. The fact is, you are likely far more racist than you even realize. The best way to resolve this is to get educated and think about what you say and do in regards to other races. Also, when someone calls you a racist because you accidentally said or did something racist, don't cry foul about it. It's much worse to be subjected to any type of racism than to be called a racist, and no one wants to hear your whining about it.Scouse Git (2) La Fayette Adam Smith Solomwi and Loinburger will not be forgotten.

It's a test from Harvard designed to show you whether you have conscious or subconcious biases against people of different races. I did it a few years ago, and despite thinking I was completely anti-discrimination it showed I had subconscious biases (probably not helped by growing up in an English ex-mining town where I think we had less black people than I have fingers on my hands). It's worth doing, because it doesn't just ask you questions and then hit you with some conclusion at the end, the way its structured you can actually feel yourself doing it, which is quite disturbing and very humbling. The only requirement is that you click on the answers as quickly as you can, and be honest. I'd be interested to see people's results.
