Okay, what can we realistically expect from a Trump presidency?

They get lost, they get burnt in fires.
Many that lose them don't make the effort to replace them until they have to for a legal reason, which means for some there is current need.
Some parents have their kid's BC but then when they die they get forgotten.
A buddy lost his in a fire. It took him a few months to get a replacement. If he hadn't been getting a passport, he probably wouldn't have rushed to do it.It's almost as if all his overconfident, absolutist assertions were spoonfed to him by a trusted website or subreddit. Sheeple

Edit, just checked through the source. The source makes no attempt to ask the question, "would you be able to obtain this information in a day's time?"

But no, a birth certificate does not make you a citizen. Some people are just anti-government and do not get birth certificates but are still citizens.
I have actually lost my birth certificate twice (well, needed new copies for my international moves). However, becuase I was not adopted and have my other peices of ID and so on, it was relatively easy to reacquire (a couple of weeks). By the way, the US is not the only country where a birth certificate can be difficult. South Africa can take over 12 months.

I know from experience (That of my sibling) that getting the document took months and was only possible because my sibling was not estranged from our mom.Scouse Git (2) La Fayette Adam Smith Solomwi and Loinburger will not be forgotten.

25% of African-Americans of voting age lack a photo-ID. Over 10% of voting age Americans lack proof of citizenship (in their name).

Birth Certificate.
And if my sibling and our mom had been estranged, I am not sure if it would have been possible. Especially not with a reasonable amount of effort/time/money.
My response was to cockney who said that people should have or be able to get proof of citizenship in a timely manner. This is just not true for many people. Even people with money and support of family (and who are not minorities) can still have it takes months.

Famous US bureaucracy.
Over here, it's usually the same day, if not you get an appointment in a few day/or agree that they send it over, which is also a week or less.
It actually takes about quarter of an hour to make an official copy and put it into mail (would be perhaps five min per case, if you have a stack for the day).Socrates: "Good is That at which all things aim, If one knows what the good is, one will always do what is good." As I said, for me it is about a week to get it in the mail (probably same day in person, but that is a distant location). However, it doesn't work like that for everyone.

Well, I guess the sensible move would be to make some kind of a mandatory national ID and force everyone to get one in time for the 2020 census. As a legal alien I would have to carry my green card with me, but if I were an illegal alien there'd be nothing that set me apart from a legal citizen? That sounds bizarre.Graffiti in a public toilet

There are people who think supermarket scanners are the mark of the beast. A simple national ID would be out of the question. It's better to rely on flimsy, easily lost, destroyed or faked bits of blue paper with our SS numbers on them.

And I personally believe a lot of people didn't want to admit they were going to vote for Trump.
They didn't want to be labeled as stupid white trash.
I voted more for Trump as a vote against Hillary and what she represents to me and my vision of America, I voted for Trump as a hope to get away from America becoming a country of Socialism, I voted against Hillary and for Trump because I see Donald Trump as a hope for a better America.
I didnt wave Trumps name here because I dont intend to argue with people here at Apolyton, you know I was wrong in speaking against Apolyton but certainly dont want to argue with people here who choose to benefit temporarily from handouts, for allowing people who have not put into the pot to draw from it, for people who are not citizens, naturally, to decide the future course of America. I chose Trump over Hillary because I want America to become more independant upon its own then selling out by opening borders for whomever.
Just my one vote for America I hope to see restored.
This would not have happened with that POS Hillary.
