Mr. Fun claims to be a Christian. Paul lays it out that we are called to watch out for one another - that we cannot and must not pass off our obligations to our brothers and sisters in Christ. We are commanded to correct them when they have strayed away from the faith. I'm supposed to obey the word of God, am I not? Even if it comes at a personal cost to me?

I am a bad person. I'm a sinner. So is Fun. The difference is that I don't post a thread telling people to celebrate my sin.

Had I refrained from saying anything it wouldn't make me a good person, nor would it make Fun a good person. He'd still be a sinner and so would I. That I spoke up and spoke the truth, doesn't make Mr. Fun a bad person nor does it me a good person either. It makes us still both sinners.

I believe I had an obligation to speak up. So I did. I accept that it means that a certain segment of Apolyton will hate me. But then, Poly isn't my God.

They might also know that the best way to get your message out and actually bring people closer to Christ doesn't involve being a raging ****hole. But it's possible that's not BK's intent. Perhaps he believes his god commands him to mindlessly, blithely re-squawk the tenets of his faith when certain buzzwords pop up. In which case, good job BK.

Yes, but not being a horrible human being isn't important to BK. What's important to him is believing in that black dude the Jews burned or whatever. And you can't believe in that dead guy unless you try to act like him. And if you're pretending to be the black dude when you die, you get into Candyland, but if you're pretending to be like an Asian dude or something else, then I think you do Chutes and Ladders forever. Anyways, the point is you'd think BK would want his friends to join him in Candyland. But apparently not.

I lived with the man for a year. We talked about lots of things in that time, including Christianity and Catholicism. I'm not quite sure how "we talked about plenty of things" gets interpreted as "I don't care for his soul".

Two - Christians are instructed to have different rules for insiders as for outsiders. Christians are held to a much higher standard than non-Christians. So, comparing Fun to Floyd, you are basically saying that Fun is not a Christian.
