Sorry, but if she caused someone to go to prison for 4 years (and that's just part of the problem for that person), she needs to go to prison for longer than he did. I'd say twice as long at least.

Have you been to prison for 4 years for something you didn't do? How do you make this judgment? It's nothing but prejudice on your part. And going to prison is not the same thing as going to prison for something like rape that you didn't do. Being an innocent man in prison is much more damaging. But that's besides the point.
