What? You are aware that the church actively campaigns against condoms, and that this will have an effect on followers of the RCC? Of course individuals are to blame for the people they infected, but I don't see how that substracts any blame from the church's effort.

The Church actively campaigns on behalf of marital fidelity and abstinence until marriage. If a RCC believer follows these things, they will not contribute to the spread of stds.
