Try reading back. Marvel at how you managed to take one set of words and bizarrely twist them into a completely different set of words.Originally posted by Kidicious View PostIt's exactly what you did say. That's why it's called psychobabble, tool.
You've clearly been spending too much time with Ben.

I'll spell it out for you dip**** so that you can't even fool the idiots. You take a woman at her word that a man abused her, raped her whatever. But if a man denies it he must just be lying. This is because you believe that men are bad and women are good. You're only fooling yourself asswipe.Originally posted by kentonio View PostTry reading back. Actually rape convictions are very rarely decided purely on the word of the woman. There is almost always a need for supporting evidence.Originally posted by Kidicious View PostI'll spell it out for you dip**** so that you can't even fool the idiots. Now you're back to being a ****ing idiot. When did I say that, or indeed anything like that? Is your head so ****ing messed up that you just hear voices?Originally posted by Kidicious View PostBut if a man denies it he must just be lying. Put that aside for a moment. I'm not saying that it's true and I'm not saying that it isn't true. But I'll just put the fact out there that women do actually falsely accuse men of rape and the man is found guilty in a court of law. Are you saying that the testimony of a women accusing a man of rape is no evidence at all? Because if it's considered evidence at all it doesn't really matter if a man is found guilty simply by the testimony of a women or if there is supporting evidence. He may still very well be innocent. But that's not really the point. The point is this. Why is it more likely that a women who falsely accuses doesn't do any jail time for that? What's that about?Originally posted by kentonio View PostActually rape convictions are very rarely decided purely on the word of the woman. No dickhead. I know what you're saying and you obviously don't. This is my point, you are willing to subject your own self and other men to false accusations. Why?Originally posted by kentonio View PostNow you're back to being a ****ing idiot. When did I say that, or indeed anything like that? So basically you want eyewitness testimony to be barred from the courtroom for all crimes? So if someone gets robbed, their word should carry no weight just in case they're lying? Or murder? Or child abuse? After all, they could just be lying, right?Originally posted by Kidicious View PostPut that aside for a moment. I'm not saying that it's true and I'm not saying that it isn't true. Since when do women committing perjury not face perjury charges?Originally posted by Kidicious View PostBut that's not really the point. The point is this. Why is it more likely that a women who falsely accuses doesn't do any jail time for that? What's that about?
You may be able to link to an occasional case of this happening, but 'more likely'? Please provide even the tiniest shred of evidence to support that.

I think all sorts of people are capable of lying, but lying about something like rape is extremely rare and usually carries with it imprisonment for the perjurer if revealed.Originally posted by Kidicious View PostA women can get away with making false accusations. That is why they do it. But in your mind, kentonio, women wouldn't do that.

A case of lying that wasn't revealed for 10 years, the accusation being made when the woman was a minor, difficulties with statute of limitations and the inability to reclaim the money because she's now a broke mother on welfare.Originally posted by DinoDoc View PostJust to keep this going: Woman who recanted rape claim likely to keep $750,000 settlement
Terrible case, but not exactly indicative of the entire system.
