But I'll just put the fact out there that women do actually falsely accuse men of rape and the man is found guilty in a court of law. Are you saying that the testimony of a women accusing a man of rape is no evidence at all? Because if it's considered evidence at all it doesn't really matter if a man is found guilty simply by the testimony of a women or if there is supporting evidence. He may still very well be innocent. But that's not really the point. The point is this. Why is it more likely that a women who falsely accuses doesn't do any jail time for that? What's that about?
