How did this argument last so long?

It stopped being an argument 5 pages ago. Think of it more as a beatdown.

Che please do explain how a person that is arresetd innocent? Hell if you look at the jusstice system it reads innocent till proven guilty. Ok i got that part it all looks good on paper but, what happens when ur arrested?, ur held in jail until some lawyer and judge says ok u can leave now. To me thats not being considered innocent. To me thats guilty until proven innocent. In this matter this guy was already guilty and everyone new it. It wasnt a matter of he only raped one woman, there was 3 and they all claimed the same things so i guess we should all believe these ladies were lying.
Bottom line is The mexican goverment as well as the canadian goverment have proven them selves to drag thier feet when it comes to handing over us felons. The mexican govermnt had no agenda to arrest this guy they knew he had been there for quite some time and he was allowed to prowess the resort towns and do as he pleased. Im sorry if what i agree is what you consder vigalante but in all honesty i think otherwise. In cases like these the person that put up the money wanted off the bond cause said felon left the country. The bondsman sent out the bountyhunters to retrieve the felon so as they can get him in jail and relive the person the risk of losing his or her money. It happens all the time. All this can be resolved if the goverments of other countries all countries would just assist the country seeking known felons and say i will grant u permission to escort your citizen back to face charges in his country. Its really not that hard to compromise

I simply stated he belongs to the bondsman that secured his bond which he doesI said he should be apphrended as such and it shouldnt matter what country he is in! Which futher states that i dont agree that chapman should have been arrested. All you managed to do is continously tell me contracts arent valid in other countries, and when i pointed out the mexican gvt picks and chooses which contracts that they want to acknowledge and not acknoldge

you might want to read the contracts one signs when they sign the bailbond slip! that person is siging his life away. and according to the laws of a contract it doesnt matter what ****ing country ur in it is still a valid contract

KH isn't interested in facts. He's interested in baiting Ms. Tubes. It has nothing whatsoever to do with Texas, but he keeps spouting antagonistic remarks; and Ms. Tubes, even knowing he's a jackoff, can't manage to ignore him.

Who gives a damn what some mealy-mouthed ****forbrains has to say? I only continue in hopes someone will quiote me, thus getting around his Ignore of me, even though his Ignore of me is even on based on a lie. He's a fukwit, plain and simple.

Wait, let's go over this again, you say:

1. What he did was not legal,
2. But he should not have been arrested.

This in turn could mean a couple of things that I can think of:

1. The laws in Mexico should allow Bounty Hunters to do their job there. Maybe, but Dog, as a BH himself, should have known full well that their laws did NOT like him, and therefore should not have done his stuff there and not expected trouble to come of it.
2. The laws are unjust and so this was some sort of civil disobedience by a foreigner or something and thus the cops should have looked the other way. Something like that. If that's what you mean, well, why the deuce do they have laws if they're to be enforced so selectively?

That's all the meanings I can conjecture from those two statements. Your argument about types of contracts appears utterly irrelevant; as has been said, the Mexican gov't. would probably not appreciate it if he came down there and jacked back a car that had been stolen from him, though they would not punish it nearly as harshly as taking back human "property" by force. If he wanted a car back, he could complain to Mexican authorities. If he wanted a human quarry back, he could have just urged the U.S. to hurry up the extradition.

Now, I don't know if he was approaching the expiration of the bond, or if he'd still keep his cash when he didn't personally recover his quarry, or what. Either way, that would be a problem with the US bail bond system, not the Mexican legal system.

What I'm saying is that if Mexico is so interested in being good neighbors, they might think about not harboring convicted felons.

slowwy i can ignore him but in all honesty he isnt bothering me. The more he rants the more crap he spouts. He has no clue to what i am saying but rather what he decides to pick and choose what he gathers as wrong. I am almost sure he can read what ya say about him they can unblock to read it if they want to.
Elok i am speaking english here. The mexican goverment has choosen which laws and contracts or what ever to chase. Even tho a car repoed in mexico that was in the us the mexican gvt willnot go and hunt down the repo guy but they will hunt down a bountyhunter that has a contract with another person im sorry i see this as entirly relavent. BUt if u dont want to see it then im not going to force you and yes a person has been known to treat their cars better then their spouses kids etc. Cause im sure ur next attempted chip at me is gonna invlove me comapring cars with human life.
I dont know how much mmore clear i can get when i say that mexico knew this little sh!t was there they made no attepmt to apphrend him he was there for 5 freaking months they had no intention of grabbing him it has been reported all over the news. Dog got a tip where he was 5 months after the mexican gvt knew he was there and went and got him himself. If u want me to say what he did was illegal then fine it was illegal, however i dont think it is right i disagree with how this went down. Besides this whole thing happened 3 f%cking years ago and now its a problem? I wonder why its not liek noone new where he was

Exactly. My guess is that Dog has made quite a few enemies, including the folks with Max Factor. It doesn't surprise me that they would try to find some way of reprisal.

If this was about justice and about Mexico standing up for their laws, then it wouldn't have taken 3 years to arrest Dog.

Uh, I'm not familiar with repo procedure; does it normally involve the use of physical force, as when a bounty hunter is apprehending a runaway? That's the crux of the matter as far as I'm concerned. The fact that Mexico took three years to enforce its law is, of course, absurd, but the way I see it those three extra years should be gravy from his perspective. They still have the right to prosecute, regardless of how much time has passed, and it's not like he can complain that they let him build up fame and fortune instead of just trotting his butt off to jail straight away.

I'm not sure what their reasoning was for that. If I had to guess, I'd say they had bigger fish to fry in their horribly corrupt country than some (at the time) nobody bounty hunter. When he later became famous, they resented this guy getting his big break by taking a leak on their national sovereignty, and cracked down. Rather petty and stupid, but they're within their rights AFAIK, and it doesn't change the fact that Dog screwed up.

thats the whole point elok it took them 3 years to say oh i am gonna arrest dog for **** that happened then. Lets say dog didnt go after him then what, would this rapist still be free ?, do u think they would have stopped frying the alleged bigger fish they were frying? before dog, to arrest him and start the process to get him to the us casue they didnt ya know, please do educate me some cause i am really curious. Hell he was there for 5 motnhs they knew it did nothing about it never even told the us authorities he was there. Dog got his tip from the person that secured the bond. they wanted off the dam bond so as they didnt lose thier money. The mex gvt wasnt gonna do a dam thing.
