Yes, our government told them he was there. And they sent someone down there to get him. What, do you think that before the paperwork is complete, the Mexican government is just going to run right out and pick the guy up? Our police don't do that cuz it's against the law. There are rules and processes and laws and treaties that need to be followed. An FBI agent was on his way to pick this guy up when the bounty hunters swept in. Someone with the legal authority. The video states the mexican cops were there when they arrested him look at the vidoes he is growing threw jail cells they knew dog was arresting him, they were involved after dog caught him. the us told them he was there the mexican gvt did nothing till dog showed them up.
