The voters participate, and when they disagree, they do it with a vengeance. A second war between the states results, except this time it's within states and between multiple regions. The United States resembles the Balkans.

You have to do it carefully - about like Connery in "Robin & Marion" he was just a little bit older - and I'VE got more hair. Too much grey = tacky (old enough to be her dad). Too little and a callow youth.
