If you move your 'triremes' or air planes for any amount of space, but not their full movement allowance, then press Ctrl-n, your ships will not sink, nor will your planes run out of fuel. Very usefull method, but not really the way it should be
Techs can be traded fully. (The USA has promised togive the Republic toal civ's. Japan is the only one without it so far...)
Ship chaining is not allowed (so all ships can ONLY pickup cargo in ports!!!)
Reloading is not allowed.
while I'm at it:
I would like unit-gifting to be restricted to online meetings only, or the use of CivDip 3.0.
Giving units to an AI should not be allowed (because of the teleportation of units that would occur) please vote on this

OK, from one perspective you could say that it's not cheeting, but bug in the game. Similar to ship chaining and caravan re-homing. However like these you have to evaluate the effect on the game to see if it is reasonable to think it could be used. I asked in this forum (IIRC
) if ship chaining could be used, I did not assume it could, specificly becouse it could be an advantage in battle or trade. In a PBEM, using bugs like this without a clear group opinion should be frowned on and IMO it should be assumed that they are NOT allowed unless otherwise stated.
although I don't know what the terms were and would like to review those.
