Kesler deserves the Selke.

Before the year started we played Kesler/Burrows as our shutdown line against all of the top opponent lines. Now his numbers have changed (partially because he's no longer with Burrows), but he still plays the same way.

About time the Canucks got some hardware after Louie got ignored after his 47 win season.

+8 on a team with Luongo in net, for christ sake.

Not sure I want to ask, but I have been baffled by this statement since you made it Ben. (and its a moot point now that Chicago won game 2)

Are you saying that if Vancouver had won game 2 to make it 2-0 that it would have been better then 2003 when they were up 3-1 on Minnesota? I think if you asked anyone else out there, they would rather but up 3-1 then 2-0 (1 win away from winning the series as opposed to 2)...even the percentages agree with this, as you would need to win 2/5 (.400) if 2-0 and only 1/3 (.333) if you were 3-1.

Anyway, now that they have lost game 2, what will be required for them to have a better year then 2003? Actually winning the 4th and the series? (answer seems obvious to me, but I thought I would ask anyway).
