I never said that it didn't mean a balance of probabilities. I said that the accused should make every effort to keep up appearances and defend themselves with evidence.

Trump has witnesses that are willing to testify regarding Dominion and the way they perpetrated fraud. He has statistical evidence that will be presented and explained by an expert witness. That's circumstantial but makes a big difference when the standard or proof is preponderance of evidence. We also don't know what other evidence Trump has as it isn't proper for them to present everything at this time.
