I have been debating for years and bring my A game. If you cannot handle someone disputing your outrageous opinions, it isn't my problem. My intelligence far exceeds your own. Yeah, but that's just a propaganda peace about a country in general. Now an actual assassin puts the blame personally on the president, and more importantly, he says that it's done not so to fight crime (activity that is more or less supported by the people), but to kill opponents of the president. So, it's a scheme to undermine president's credibility.

Is it a 116$ fine for the rape of a minor in unnatural way? Looks that way. Would have been four years in prison, but rapist is taking part in "anti-terroristic operation" in Ukraine (shelling cities, pillaging, things like that), so i guess compared to that one rape of a minor is nothing and a court decided that a fine will be enough.
