Well I checked about the slaughter of that village. at least 490 people. Plus 250.000.000 of local currency plundered, plus around 580 of 600 houses destroyed. Plus all livestock, resources plundered.
There is only one conviction of some nazi for 15 years.
The german gov. has not payed any retributions. Has recognized the slaughter "with shame" and has not connected it with the german state

The leader of that massacre had also killed serbs.

Robbers don't come in to a restaraunt, kill one specific person, and run away.

And even if by some magic you would have been right, in Russia it would have been classified as a banditry, not robbery. So noone actually does it in a restaraunts in a capital city. It's inefficient.
