Here is just two that were easy to find... other sites I looked at all fell in this same range.

So yeah, an upscale restaurant in a major metro where you own the land could cost your $1.5 million, but that's only a very small portion of the market, and the average and median costs is FAR LOWER.

I just love the attitudes on here... Go work harder, go start your own business anyone can, you need to do better to get promoted like I did.... Blah blah blah blah.

I've made it up to partner in two different ad agencies, and I didn't sleep with the boss, or was related to the boss, or was into brown nosing... Just the best at what I did. And the many people I have promoted over my 25+ years didn't sleep with me, or were related to me, and I hate brown noses... And all my many Business Associates across many industries would say the same.

This is from my experience of seeing this world. I don't see things through capitalist do gooder eyes. People who think there is nothing seriously wrong with the way people are treated. I am very well educated and those figures do nothing to convince me.

I have requested that you not call me that anymore. And yes, I have said I was ashamed of my previous behavior. And no, I am not doing the same thing in the opposite direction. That is a lie. I have backed myself up plenty of times (especially with interactions with Ben). Sometimes I may get a bit passionate, but I am not threatening anyone or making stupid remarks.

Dinner, you just see openings to attack. You earlier said I don't work hard enough and that I am some low level employee lmao. I make about 30% more now than I would in a similar job in the private sector. I'm also unionized so I am quite happy where I am at. I also work hard and have been promoted plenty.

Some people may insult us... But without us, there would be no atmosphere for having business. Without the law, there wouldn't be any sort of order.
