Where do you think those impressions were formed? A lot of it was impacted by the Media. The same one you say as always portrays Russian as the rabid dog.

Obviously that wasn't the case or the people wouldn't have been saying what they were.

People started responding negatively when Russia reverted to previous stereotypes. Then you're surprised when the media calls you out on it.

The total number of tanks (Pz I - Tiger II) produced by germany during WW 2 was ~25.000 ...
so in terms of tanks Lend Lease got you roughly 1/3 of the total number of german tanks of WW 2

Not to forget the huge number of supplies and the means (locomotives, trucks) to move them.

In your wet dreams - perhaps. I can feel your butthurt, dude. But the truth is - the Wehrmacht was on a brink of collapse in January 1942 - after the Soviet counter-offensive at Moscow - long before the Western aid appeared in quantities (not to mention that whole Lend-Lease was about just 5% of Soviet war effort and not to mention that it wasn't a humanitarian aid - we have paid for it with gold and the last Lend-Lease debts the Soviet Union have repaid only in 1970's if I remember correctly).

Considering that Stalins policies weren´t so much better than Hitlers (policies towards conquered countries (like poland), Gulags, Stalins Paranoia) it would have been ideal if Stalins and Roosevelts death dates would have been exchanged ... this way the process od destalinization could have begun sooner and Roosevelt would have lived to experience it ... and perhaps gained a more positive attitude towards USSR)
