Ben, in a false rape case like the kind Kidicious is describing, the accused would almost certainly not be exonerated by DNA evidence. Try again. (actually please don't)

Hence the caveat, "for which a sample were obtained." I'm aware not all accusations qualify. Even among the stronger cases it's about 1 in 4 accusations turn out to be incorrect.

The difference being that this is the first time you've brought up being falsely accused of murder, but this is the umpteenth time that you've brought up being falsely accused of rape. Why the disconnect?
