~90% of blacks voted for Clinton. So given the numbers at most you're talking about ~8% of the black population being implicated as racist by the election resutls ... and even that is iffy because Bush I wasn't so bad compared to Bush II... the economic downturn before Clinton wasn't so bad as the one before Obama ... so it's likely it was a decent enough reason to want to change parties.
Surely there are racists, but looking at those numbers isn't a good way to determine who is racist and who is not.
