The insinuation that 98% of black people voting for Obama is racist and the nature of how you set up the dichotomy is itself obviously racist.

~90% of blacks voted for Clinton. So given the numbers at most you're talking about ~8% of the black population being implicated as racist by the election resutls ... and even that is iffy because Bush I wasn't so bad compared to Bush II... the economic downturn before Clinton wasn't so bad as the one before Obama ... so it's likely it was a decent enough reason to want to change parties.

Surely there are racists, but looking at those numbers isn't a good way to determine who is racist and who is not.

Look at the primary numbers and how many black people voted for Obama over Clinton in the primaries. If you're voting for one candidate because he's black then you're voting against the other because he's (or in this case she's) not black.
