What a court might do is apply the Charter's protected status for homosexuals to force GSAs in provinces that don't do or already have done as Ontario has done.

As they are permitted to attend public schools that are secular, there's no warrant for this. They cannot force Catholic schools to teach things that are contrary to what the religion believes, per section 13 of the Charter (and 3), which protect their freedom of religion.

The general consensus in the medical community is there are biological (and genetic) components that factor into human sexuality. You may (and do) chose not to believe it, but that doesn't make it not so.
