Were there any examples of individuals getting away with honor killings "scot free". Life in prison isn't getting aeay "scot free".

You're an idiot. They're patently illegal in Canada and are prosecuted whenever there is a sufficient case, as with any other crime.

Bill 13 passed with 65 MPPs voting in favour and all 36 Progressive Conservative MPPs voting against it.
