I got a PM from JR about 6 months later acknowledging that the twins had reciept of the gift. Nothing from Ming and rah, save for accusations of 'buying affection', and hostility.

I didn't want to make it public in the first place. I was hoping that it would simply show up and I'd get a PM from Ming and rah saying, "thank you, Ben JR and Guy. We had a great time." Until JR told me it got there, I had no clue it had even arrived, and I was concerned it had gotten lost in the mail.

Denying what? Naming the team after Big Roy? My current Poly team is named after another player (Electric Slide Jedi). Leaving the league the day of the draft? Yep. Sure did. Better then letting them BAPAY me and then walk out of the league. I only said yes to Berz 2 days prior to the draft.

I get confused. He denies it and then admits it. I guess I knew enough about it. But yes, keep spouting out excuses, but I did get it right.

And for the record. When JR told me about the "gift", i told him that I had no intention of accepting the gift and for him to use it and he could tell you anything he wanted to spare your feelings. But since you can't let go of it..... I would never EVER accept of gift from a person like you. I can't think of anyone here or that I've known personally that I respect less. It was a gift, from him, me and guynemer. Not just from me, rah. They stepped up to the plate and because of them, it happened. Yes, I was involved, but it was not just me.

If you reward someone who treated you with kindness and consideration and call them a 'lying sack of crap', well I don't know what to say. I hope that approach works well for you in the future.

So I tell Berz, and the draft that rather then continue through something that's going to be a chore and not fun, that I didn't want to do in the first place, that I was going to let them find someone else who was interested. The result? They got off their butts and finally found someone (within a day), who had a blast with the league.

One "gift" is not considered kindness and consideration... you are a complete lying sack of crap and a single action doesn't change that fact.
Only you would think that you can throw around hate and bigotry, be a totally classless human being, be a dishonest person, and that a single small gift changes what you are and how you should be perceived. The scale is too much weighted down by your continued actions to even begin to even budge by your supposed act of grace.

Yeah, it was a gift. Freely given by JR, Guy and myself, as a thank you for all the years you guys put into this site. Because we all know that Poly didn't do ****e all for thanks, and rather then ***** about it, decided to step up and make a difference.

JR suggested the golf gift, and he insisted that I put my name to it, because he insisted it be from us all or none. Why? Cause he's a good man. Then, rather than man up and write us yourself, you dumped it in his lap. He did write me and was very apologetic. I told him thanks. He did the right thing.

You could have written me and expressed your concerns. You could have told me that you didn't want to accept the gift. I would have understood and that would have been that. Would I have been disappointed, yes. But, that's life. That was something you should have dealt with man to man. But you never did. Why? I can only surmise that it was easier to just dump it to JR.

No, I think that a gift, given freely and from the heart should be treated as a gesture of respect. I never said it should make us bff, hardly. I thought and hoped that you and rah and JR would have an aweomse time together on a gorgeous summer afternoon. That is all I hoped and expected.
