I'm saying that they imposed their religion on others who did not willingly follow. Especially Ireland.

The Establishment Clause of course does. The same thing that bans sharia law.
No, it doesn't. Check again, Imran. The establishment clause bars enacting an official church of the United states. Congress shall pass no law establishing a religion. Prayer in schools, even public ones does not constitute establishment.

For instance the Quebec Act is part of our Constitution, so you might have read up on it.
If the BNA was passed in '67 that means that the Quebec Act was not enacted as a part of 'our' constitution.
You seem to not understand that the two are not the same thing.

So prayer in public school isn't a de facto establishment of an official religion?
(FWIW the decision in the original SCOTUS school prayer case was not a 5-4, but rather 6-1 with one non vote)
Thankfully you are not in charge of pushing your erroneous views of the Constitution upon us real Americans (go back to Canada )

Fr'nstance, say the public school had everyone say the Our Father at the start of the day, along with the Anthem.
Which church is being established?

Ignorant moron, have you any idea how the English constitutional system works?
They don't have a written constitution.
This might help you out, and might help make you qualified to teach history although I doubt it.
Does it make you feel better to piss on other people?
I'm aware of the contents of both. Had a very good lawyer friend who spent his time with me on constitutional law. But, yeah, Ben Kenobi was actually right and rather then admit that I'll smear him till I feel better about myself.

Maybe I should just quote Scalia and call it a night. I don't see how you can come to the conclusion that the founders intended to prevent school prayers. The intent was to avoid establishing a church of the United States, like the Church of England, where the head of state was also the head of the religion. Defender of the Faith and all.

I'm going to declare victory based on Ben's stunning stupidity. I don't think I'll have any objections.

No. You are blindingly, stunningly wrong.
Are you claiming that the Quebec Act has no force?

Christ, where do you get that out of what I said? It was incorporated into the '67 BNA act.
It was enacted by Westminster.

Hense my distain for his ignorance, dishonesty, and stupidity.
Uh, yeah, because the Quebec Act is absolutely crucial.
I spend a week on civics. Preamble + Aquinas on Natural Law.
