If it did why would they want to get divorced? I'm not buying it. Some marriages are failures and having the government try to force them to stay together is a stupid idea.

I don't know of any other contract that specifically says, until death do you part. There are legitimate reasons for a divorce (infidelity), where the bonds have been broken already. But that doesn't mean that it doesn't still hurt.

Hey speaking of divorce, did you know that there is no prohibition against divorce in Islam? In fact, it's as easy (for the man) as saying "I divorce you" to his wife three times. For women to leave their husbands requires a little more legwork than saying a phrase 3 times, though, so it's not really fair.

BTW they drained the whole pool and refilled it. No more poopy in the pool.

Though I do have to wonder if that's not a bit wasteful given that it is an olympic sized pool and this is a dry climate. Isn't there some sort of chemical treatment or extra strong filtering they could have done?

Don't know. HOA paid for it but I imagine the water isn't cheap. The old water just went down the storm drain.
