all Catholics are pedophiles and all Muslims terrorists, Germans are Nazis, British Gay and Americans are Obama lovers.

I do believe that the percentage of priests that are pedophiles is higher than the percentage of Muslims that are terrorists.
And while I don't believe all those Muslims that were dancing in the streets celebrating American fatalities after 9/11 were terrorists, it didn't reflect well on their religion.
But of course if the US ever Nuked Mecca, I would expect to see BEN and his fellow catholics celebrating in the streets since the Muslims started it.
It's almost as if all his overconfident, absolutist assertions were spoonfed to him by a trusted website or subreddit. Sheeple

Er, I missed this one earlier. Just another example of how BK makes up any **** he feels like to justify his absurdities.
No, Ben, the building was not destroyed. There IS an existing building. It barely suffered any damage at all, it was extremely superficial. It is ALREADY being used for overflow services from the mosque a few blocks away, as it is already owned by the Cordoba Initiative backers. The entire purpose of the meeting with the NYC planning commission was to get permission to tear down the existing building which they already own and construct a new one.
Get a ****ing clue for once.
You do know they don't own the property in question, right?

For those who aspire to live in a high cost, high tax, big government place, our nation and the world offers plenty of options. Vermont, Canada and Venezuela all offer you the opportunity to live in the socialist, big government paradise you long for. –Senator Rubio
In July 2009, the real estate company and developer Soho Properties purchased the building and property at 45–47 Park Place for $4.85 million in cash.
And they do own half of the land. The full parcel is 45-51 Park, and Soho owns 45-47 (there is no 48). 49-51 is leased from Con Edison, which is a fairly typical arrangement in NYC. The lease has a purchase option which Soho has already said it plans to take, and there isn't much anyone can do to stop them from buying it as long as they pay the asked-for price assessed by Con Ed.
NYC cabbie asked if he’s Muslim, then stabbed
21-year-old suspect charged with attempted murder as a hate crime
A man has been arrested on charges he stabbed a New York City cab driver after asking the driver if he was Muslim and the driver said yes.
Police arrested Michael Enright Tuesday night on charges including attempted murder as a hate crime. He was expected to appear in court in Manhattan later Wednesday.
Police say the 21-year-old suspect from suburban Brewster, N.Y., was drunk when he hailed the cab on Manhattan's East Side.
Police say he attacked the driver with a folding knife before jumping out a rear window.
An officer found Mr. Enright slumped on the sidewalk and arrested him. The driver was treated for multiple lacerations.
The name of Mr. Enright's lawyer was not immediately available.

Please don't call yourself a Christian. By condoning torture in the name of Jesus, you know the one who counseled turning the other cheek, you are breaking God's heart.
Torture that won't kill or maim someone? Sure. I don't have a problem with interrogating people who kill other people.

You were only not supportive because Bush made a big deal out of it being a War on Terror and not Islam. You wanted holy war.

So you think the majority of the 1.5 billion muslims are out to kill the infidels?
I'd guess upwards of 20 percent. I'd say a majority would support and aid and abet suicide bombers, and a minority are against it all, but don't speak in fear of the other 20 percent.

If you can find a quote where I said this, go right ahead.
Why was I against it? One, AQ was responsible for the terrorist bombings, not the governments of Iraq or Afghanistan. There were alternatives to both wars.

Those poor Christians who are repeatedly slaughtered for being Christians. There are so many of them.
It depends on what you mean as many
In China the Catholic Church is illegal, they have a state owned church called Catholic Patriotic Church which is pretty much like a Catholic Church that does not acknowledge the Pope and supports contraception and abortion.
The real Catholic underground church, is, as its name says, underground, and they are intermittently tolerated and persecuted, sent to jail for life or tortured.
In the Soviet Union it looked like there were no Catholic in Ukraine for decades, and once the Soviet Union fell, you suddenly had many million Catholics in western Ukraine who had been "supressed" for the decades the Soviet Union lasted, without churches (those were gifted to the Russian Orthodox Church)
Nowadays, Christian do get slaughtered for being Christians. The worst offender is Sudan. It is deffinitely bettwe to be a Muslim in a Christian country than the opposite.
Yes, and why on earth would you cite it while trying to claim that the Church never forced anyone to be Catholics?
Munster was condemned by a significant number of reformers because everything that could go wrong, did go wrong. It solidified in the minds of others that the heretics were in fact a threat to the general population, because look what happened when they took authority, death and destruction.
This is why many reformers became pacifist to repudiate what occurred at Munster.
The entire rebellion was based on the Catholic authorities suppressing an alternative Christian belief,
According to whom? I have plenty of non-Catholic sources that were horrified by what happened at Munster, condemned and repudiated everyone who was involved. There's no justification for what they did. None whatsoever. The only savagery was on the part of the supposed 'reformers' where they overthrew legitimate authority.
Most if not all of the people I listed never hurt anyone.
Hus certainly did. Bruno would have been fine if he had been willing to work with anyone. The Calvinists and Lutherans expelled him pretty much as soon as he came to be there.
Justifying their torturous murders by the Church under the paltry excuse that their heresy could lead to political unrest completely undermines your absurd claims that the Church never coerced people.
Civil unrest isn't justifiable by Christianity. Christ said that his followers were not to attack or oppose the legitimate authority. Ever. There are non-violent means to protest.
So people who practice "magic" are legitimate targets for violence? I thought the Church didn't violently coerce people with different beliefs...
Don't know enough about what happened to him in Venice. He was well known by that time, and certainly wasn't welcome there. He had a sublime talent of pissing everyone off, which has nothing to do with his beliefs.
There is absolutely no evidence Bruno fostered any insurrections. He had an alternative view of things, and he was excommunicated, arrested and murdered by the Church for them, simple as that. It is ludicrous to pretend the Church didn't coerce people into their orthodoxy when they were burning people for not following it.
Then why was he expelled by everyone? Presuming that his only difficulties were lack of orthodoxy, he would have been accepted by the Lutherans and Calvinists. However, he was excommunicated from both of them. The Church even tried to reconcile with him, and all he had to do was return to his order.
Not a single charge about fomenting civil unrest. Not a single charge accusing him of harming anyone. Every charge is entirely a thought crime, condemning Bruno for his beliefs, not actions. And the Church killed him for this.
There were plenty who believed the same as Bruno who were not punished, arrested or tried. So the question becomes, why him? What explicitly did he do that tripped the wire so to speak?
No he didn't.
Actually he did it twice. Once they showed lenience, the second time they did not.
And his execution absolves More of having people burned alive... how?
One, he didn't have a choice in it. Two, the fact that he was executed determined the limits of his authority. He could have resigned, which eventually he tried to do, but was not given leave.
I find it hilarious you would assert that the priests executed by Henry VIII aren't mentioned in history books.
I've never heard anyone refer to them here, except myself. Either it's wilfull ignorance or prejudice that stops people from referring to it.

So it's OK to kill would-be violent civil protesters?
For the love of Pete, please stop quoting the stupid, prejudiced hypocrite.
There are some funny bits in there. While I don't think anybody quoted it, and I don't want to bother, BK has said in this thread that the natives of Central America welcomed the Spanish as liberators for getting rid of their nasty religion. I don't see how you can get angry at something that asinine--it's "there are truly no American troops in Baghdad" funny.
