This is also not just assaults by older men -- men are by far the most common sex offenders (same sex or otherwise), but it causes just as much psychological trauma when it happens by a woman. I wasn't aware there were so many adults sexually assaulting gay teens in proportions greater than the number of adults sexually assaulting straight teens. Is that what you're saying?

So there are a lot of adult perverts out there who really prefer molesting gay teens apparently... you'd think if the perpetrator likes fiddling girls, they wouldn't care if they're a lesbian or not; or if they like fiddling boys, they wouldn't care if they're gay or not.

to be exact, pedophiles prefer pre-pubescent children. Teenagers are sexually 'adults' so it's not quite the same as pedophilia. Still wrong though because the teenager didn't give their consent nor legally could give their consent. While the law may make a distinction in many states, the underlying issue I believe is that molesting or raping a teenager is no different from molesting or raping an adult but both are a bit different from doing the same to a pre-pubescent child. Again, most states still make a legal distinction but I'm not sure if there's a distinction in principle.

Yes, and this is unfortunate. Asher refers to priests, when 90 percent of the abuse is between adult men and teenage boys, exactly what Mr. Fun was referring to. And in some unfortunate cases the boy chooses to commit suicide.

He seems to think that homosexuality is caught from older men when they sexually assault children. Therefore if discrimination causes a gay teen to commit suicide the gays are responsible because they turned him gay.
