Not exactly. You perfectly know that initial plan was to destroy the monument and the fate of corpses was uncertain. But considering their PM's (or was it their president?) statements like: "there are no corpses" and "drunk Russians buried there" that fate wouldn't be so nice.
The fact that the monument was relocated not destroyed is the result of intense protests (including Russia's protests) and riots.

Exhibit B - not excavating but reburying from under a bus stop to a proper graveyard next to their comrades in arms.
Perhaps you'll explain how they ended up to be under a bus stop? I'll tell you. The local authorities brought a couple of trucks with asphalt and made a bus stop over a soldier's graves. Back then they called it "a reconstruction". Great reconstruction, my ass!
I believe the same "relocation" would have happen with the monument, if there were no protests and riots.

This whole thing is naked aggression against Estonia.
They brought it on themselves. Nobody else.

I wouldn't mind if they relocated and re-buried remains of soldiers with all proper military honours on that military cemetry, but not the way they did.

Sure, it still might be a bit upsetting for many. But not so much that states needs to be involved.
I'm 100% sure if there were no such riots, it would have been just lost somewhere during the process of relocation. And protests started much earlier - months ago, when they wanted to destroy the monument, not to relocate.

The relocation of the monument in Estonia was done with an obvious disrespect, pretty clear insults and threats to destroy it. As for graves, they are still digging there and I'm not sure what will happen with the corpses.

Of course. For such insults Americans would have just bombed Estonia to a stone age.

There's no question, obvious disrespect would be grossly offensive and grounds for outrage.

Video from Tallinn's port cargo terminal-D (a filtration camp, which doesn't exist according to Estonian officials):
prisoners after clashes in the Estonian capital, Tallinn, as police removed World War II memorial to Red Army soldiers.

And this one is really scary:

Btw, the original sign was "In the memory of fallen in WWII".

Can you read? Who gives a flying **** what the plan was (not that I admit there ever was a furmulated policy to destroy the statue, Estonians are not dumb)? we're discussing the recent rioting over a RELOCATION.

There were no riots like the ones last week.

                      Sure.
The first is the video where non-existed (according to Estonian officials) prisoners shouts: "you'll go to jail for that", "they've killed him" and "call to ambulance", then try to reanimate their commrade, while shocked Gestapo officer just stare at them and don't do a thing to help them. At the end of the second video you can see people who looks like medics (as for me) doing something with thing that imho looks like a body bag.

                      You find that funny?

The riots weren't over RELOCATION. Riots started when the statue was dismantled (they've saw it to pieces at the cover of the night) and moved to unknown direction.
You didn't notice that things calm down a bit when the statue was assembled and installed at the new place?

Of course, because the monument was still there. The people organized themselves to protect it from vandals. The "Night Watch"

was there every night for almost a year, iirc. Becuase the local police didn't give a flying **** (c). about the vandals who constantly desecrated the monument in the past.

Estonians surely are not dumb. How such nice persons could be dumb?

btw, is it boy or girl? I can't tell for sure.

                          • The picture on T-shirt is the photo of the monument they've erected in Tallin a couple of years ago.
So, no, Estonians are not dumb. They just don't like monuments dedicated to people who died in war vs. nazism, but love monuments dedicated to nazi.

They are nazi, not dumb. Everything is simple as that.
