Looks like Zell was right. A National Party No More indeed.
Like Oerdin said, it applies to the Republicans as well who can't carry New England, Mid-Atlantic, or the West.“I give you a new commandment, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also should love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.”

This is what it boils down to, and Jeff Greenfield is making the exact same point on TV right now:
Religion.
Religion, religion, religion. ****ing religion.
In the year 2004. I just don't get it. I don't get it at all."My nation is the world, and my religion is to do good." --Thomas Paine

I wonder how much Kerry being a Catholic hurt him. I know there are some places where they won't even think of voting a Catholic in.“I give you a new commandment, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also should love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.”

I think it's Kerry who needs to take a hard look. They went from beating Bush in the popular vote, to Bush claiming a plurality of the votes cast in the US.
What this means, is that Bush has the mandate the Democrats denied him previously. He has the mandate of the people in the US.Scouse Git (2) La Fayette Adam Smith Solomwi and Loinburger will not be forgotten.

For those who aspire to live in a high cost, high tax, big government place, our nation and the world offers plenty of options. Vermont, Canada and Venezuela all offer you the opportunity to live in the socialist, big government paradise you long for. –Senator Rubio
