Big areas that Bush has been pushing hard for. The rally Bush had in Westlake, Ohio was huge.

    • I think Bush is going to win the EC and popular vote by 3%.

That what you guys said about Florida, but with 97% of vote counted Bush still has a 5% lead.

            source?

And how can Kerry win Florida if only 3% still has to be counted, while Bush has a 5% lead........
So, why did CNN still not give Florida to Bush?

            • Much of Cuyahoga is still out. On the other hand, Kerry is only winning Cuyahoga about 60/40, well under what he would have hoped.
I came upon a barroom full of bad Salon pictures in which men with hats on the backs of their heads were wolfing food from a counter. It was the institution of the "free lunch" I had struck. You paid for a drink and got as much as you wanted to eat. For something less than a rupee a day a man can feed himself sumptuously in San Francisco, even though he be a bankrupt. Remember this if ever you are stranded in these parts. ~ Rudyard Kipling, 1891

                • My understanding is the 3% left to count is for votes at election time. Early votes (which I have could account for over 10% of the total) are not included.
