              Much of Cuyahoga is still out. On the other hand, Kerry is only winning Cuyahoga about 60/40, well under what he would have hoped.

                  My understanding is the 3% left to count is for votes at election time. Early votes (which I have could account for over 10% of the total) are not included.

                    If someone can source (to a respectable source, no NEWSMAX please ) that early votes have already been counted, the Mrmitchell Organization (TM) will give FL to the Bush campaign.
