That's because James chickened out and ran off to France when he saw William's army. And since when are revolutions necessarily non-bloody?
A revolution may be bloody, but if the spur for the revolution comes from abroad, you have an invasion. All invasions are met with a large army of the loyalists, and the two duke it out. We see this in 1066, both at Normandy, and at Stamford Bridge.

Not by the gov't. That's like saying the INC invited the US to Iraq, thus it wasn't an invasion.

Parliamentary forces didn't take control from James till after William brought his army. So it was an invasion.

And William brought his army with the support of people within England. Just give it up Ramo: even the English know that wasn't whatn one calls an invasion.

A Scandinavian is a native of Denmark, Sweden, Norway or Iceland, and as Ramo said, it has something to do with the languages rather than the Scandinavian peninsula. As Finnish is grotesque, Finland couldn't possibly be Scandinavian.

                        Oh, and Ben Kenobi,

...and I'm wondering where was Sweden's colony? Greenland from when they took over Denmark?

Now I have to succumb to national pride and say that never happened

About William III: whatever you call it, invasion or not, we're still proud of it... And Northern Ireland is still suffering because of it
Within weeks they'll be re-opening the shipyards
And notifying the next of kin
