I strongly urge you not to take me too seriously in this matter, laurentius

I'm quite aware of the hot potato saying, although it's difficult to vouch for its accuracy when I'm judging my native language.

As my friend Chairman Shen-ji Yang once said: 'Learn to overcome the crass demands of flesh and bone. Accept the fact that danish sounds like talking with a mouth full of hot potatoes'

One thing though, I believe it is crass rather than grasp.

I've got radically different results when I've done two test in a row. The questions are of really varied difficulty level, you could easily get a simple test by chance.

Lemme do them all, I'm bored.

That is the definition used by the Quiz, and 57% of respondents got it right (the rest picking Danemark).

On the invasion of England, I indeed considered William III of Orange as having led a revolution, not an invasion. And since William the Conqueror happens to be from my home town (Falaise), I am not changing the answer I will try to make the wording clearer though.

As for the official languages of Belgium, German is indeed one of them, though much less used than the other two.
