  • mh, Banana got a huge infusion of Soldier points last turn, either 12k or 13k (it's hard to read the little bar graphs!) This leads me to believe that they did indeed complete Moai Statues on T123, which carries 10k Soldier points, and would explain the 16 points that we have unaccounted for in the score tally. It makes perfect sense: Banana has a seafood heavy capital and they've had stone since very early in the game.

I think that's one mystery solved.

    • since we have good relations with Banana, can we just ask him what he built? Couch it in micro advice, like "Moai might be good at your capital".

      • We will sail past their capital soon enough. Expect to see a seafood monster.

              • Do we suspect PAL got a soldiers returning from war event?

                Comment

                • I doubt that. It would show up in the event log. The population growth lags a turn behind the event - so for pop growth for T126, the event would have to have happened at start of T125, and we would have seen it then.

                  • Are you sure we'll see the foreign event messages in MP? I checked the log, and found our two events and no others.

PAL's growth does seem somewhat unnaturally rapid

                    • We have been notified about the slave revolt and one more positive event for PAL before. Also their growth does not seem unnaturally from my excel tables. It is just a sign that they are improving their lands.

                        • Nope, the library was NOT there in Calakmul last turn. That's what their mystery build was? Uh... OK.

Just to make this clear: Imperio had no libraries anywhere in their territory, then they built their first library in their youngest, most immature city, which lacks granary, lighthouse, barracks, or anything else. O...K....
