were taking about how in world war 2 the Americans sucked most of Europe dry then got involved way to late (note only 7 Americans were involved in the battle for Britain and only 1 died)

and how America got most of there tech form European scientist or bought from European countries

this chat is on topic we can investigate real world tech trading and then work out a model to implement it with ctp it also covers some countries use of propaganda

Speaking of technologies, I've been 'playing' the debug build of the vanilla game. First time in years I've played the vanilla game and, hmm, the technology tree needs work. Immortal Wombat started a thread about designing the perfect technology tree a couple of years ago, but I can't find it. So, what do you think?

Guys, why the anti-american attitudes? I'm serious. What has America done to you or your countries that would result in these ignorant statements/bashings?

France and Britain have for a very long time been close allies with the USA. I have personally never been witness to anti-americanism by people from your countries, until I began to come to Apolyton. To be honest I find it somewhat disturbing. Espescially since many of the statements seem unfounded. Please try to explain it in a logical way that my pea-sized American brain can understand

And for WWII, if America wouldn't have rebelled against the Commenwealth. Their would have never been a WWI or II

And again there is a difference again Americans and the American government. One problem is, that America for many years promoted democracy and were the last one to destroy those principles against their so called allies. That's maybe one reason, why so many Europeans are a bit annoyed with America. (beside some other reasons, like you mentioned miles/km's and similar.....allthough that's true for the Brit's as well .....but at least they can normally convert those figures..........)
