as long as no one breaks your arm to buy it , who forces you to buy it , ...... if one does not like a product , no one forces one to buy it , ......
if the publisher makes a low quality type of program , you can bet that the whole world shall know about it fast , therefore less people shall buy it and the publisher is then faced with the facts , ......
then he can either rework the program , make a patch , or withdraw it , etc , .......
