I think his point is that there's no continuity in Detroit. In today's offenses, even a mediocre QB should 16K yards in about 5 or 6 years.

Phillip Rivers for Shonn Greene (I have Greene)

my other running backs include:
Ryan Grant
Jonathan Stewart
Tim Hightower
Matt Forte
Thomas Jones

My QBs are Alex Smith and Matt Hasslebeck.
Scoring is 4 pts for passing TDs, 1 point for every 20 yards through the air.
Do you take this trade or not?

Yes, of course. Alex Smith is going to be good especially behind that offensive line, but he has some risk. Phillip Rivers is clear and away better and an every week starter. Grant, Stewart, and Forte should all hold you well enough and you never know what Hightower or Jones might be capable of.

Make the trade. Even better, see if you can add either Hasselbeck or Smith in with the trade and get someone else in addition to Rivers. I'm assuming this guy who will be without Rivers could use another QB.

By the way, this must be like a 16 team league or something because... how the hell did you possibly manage Smith and Hasselbeck as your QB's? That is terrible.

It's 12 team and I missed the draft cause they started at 5 pm PST. I was at the tail end of the 12 teams and that's why I drafted literally 6 RBs with my first 7 picks because I moved so many RBs up my list expecting more to be drafted.
