  • But so did Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan and Arizona. The issues have to do with claims that somehow the states, which have verified how they did the election and have had their courts make judgements on how they did the election, were being unfair to Texas (et al). Illinois can make that same claim about how Texas removed voting stations which appeared to penalize people in cities (which lean more Democratic in Texas, as they do everywhere in the US) and not be equitable.

    • Since you don't seem to know what the constitution says:
The Constitution Accordion [accordion classes="" id="76817" expand_first="true"][/accordion] United States Code Title 3 The President Chapter 1. Presidential Elections and Vacancies (62 Stat. 672, as amended by 65 Stat. 711, 75 Stat. 820, and 136 Stat.

It has to do with that unseemly document, epic pain in the arse, the Constitution. Only the feeble are supposed to get mail in. The rest are to get their asses out of their easy chairs, sign the paper, show their mugs, and vote. The states supreme courts acted contrary to the Constitution when they changed all that for the sake of massive fraud, I mean, Covid.

Dude, FIVE states are ALL mail-in voting – Colorado, Hawaii, Oregon, Utah, and Washington.

Tell it to SCOTUS, they agreed with Texas, otherwise they would not have sent the order to the 4 states to get their crap together.

              • Georgia has joined the 17 states in the Texas case forcing 4 states, including...Georgia...to get their elections into line with the Constitution. Gotta love it. Okay, you don't h a v e to love it...

                • Oh yeah, signature verification was AWOL. These 4 states electoral votes will be tossed, imo. Total of 62 out of Biden's column. The other option is for the legislatures to appoint Republican electors. Either way...Biden is TOAST.

                      • Gee... I've seen ALL the major new sources cover the story... And you know, most legal experts think it's a desperate, hopeless attempt not based on actual law.
But keep believing that this doomed lawsuit is your savior if that's what you need to survive in the Trump fantasy land.
You will be sadly disappointed when it goes the way of all the other lawsuits.

                          • So true... Trump is a classic example of that. As he pouts in the White House, plotting his coup, Americans are dying while he does nothing because he cares more about himself then Americans.
