But so did Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan and Arizona. The issues have to do with claims that somehow the states, which have verified how they did the election and have had their courts make judgements on how they did the election, were being unfair to Texas (et al). Illinois can make that same claim about how Texas removed voting stations which appeared to penalize people in cities (which lean more Democratic in Texas, as they do everywhere in the US) and not be equitable.
