Its like a set of steps, at each it appears to CNN that the *******, Trump, failed again! The top step is the Supreme Court. That's where we are now. Things are lookin up. This is the only step that matters, all that came before, that CNN had such fun trying to convince everyone that Biden was in fact the pres elect, (he isn't) and that Trump lost (he hasn't), in reality only served to get us where we are now. If "Everything is proceeding as I have foreseen", then the electors of the four corrupted states get tossed, nobody makes it to 270, and it goes to the state legislatures, each of whom get one vote, and the majority of whom are Republican, and Trump is elected. At this point the Left, who have been kept in the dark and fed ****, freak the **** out. That will be fun.

The Left is so involved with their emotionalism, vindictively burning down Left cities, so filled with Hatred for Trump that they have become blinded to reason, have neglected to notice that they are in fact completely full of crap. I know that Kid, you know that, but some folks are so emotion filled you can't argue with them, its quite pointless, and you must have noticed this. Results give sight to the blind, nothing else. My guess is all that emotion gets realeased in an EPIC WTF!!?! when the blinders come off, and then all that hate and misery will flow out into the streets. Keep your head down amigo, its going to get ugly. UGLY.Long time member @ Apolyton

Perhaps its another reason to call them "the toss up" states.Originally posted by Twelfth AmendmentThe Electors shall meet in their respective states and vote by ballot for President and Vice-President, one of whom, at least, shall not be an inhabitant of the same state with themselves; they shall name in their ballots the person voted for as President, and in distinct ballots the person voted for as Vice-President, and they shall make distinct lists of all persons voted for as President, and of all persons voted for as Vice-President, and of the number of votes for each, which lists they shall sign and certify, and transmit sealed to the seat of the government of the United States, directed to the President of the Senate;–the President of the Senate shall, in the presence of the Senate and House of Representatives, open all the certificates and the votes shall then be counted;–The person having the greatest number of votes for President, shall be the President, if such number be a majority of the whole number of Electors appointed; and if no person have such majority, then from the persons having the highest numbers not exceeding three on the list of those voted for as President, the House of Representatives shall choose immediately, by ballot, the President. Right, but the majority they are on about is the majority of the total of all the states electors, 270. Otherwise the rest of it, which accurately describes what I have been saying all along, would not be needed. In other words, if it only took a basic majority, as 2 is more than one, why go on about the state legislatures? Do you get it?Long time member @ Apolyton

If Texas has standing, then Illinois can sue Texas and so on. Elections will be decided by court and not by vote.
The standing argument doesn't make sense.
