I don't think that Texas has any case? There is the issue of free and fair elections, but that is impacted by court decisions and then decided by Congress (today?). What case can Texas have about how Michigan or Pennsylvania law decides?

Recounts, the possibility to have people make statements in court under oath (they are willing to on TV, why not in court?) and more. What is being asked for is to invalidate an election without evidence, because there is no more time to acquire additional evidence without beginning to invalidating the election. To invalidate an election without evidence is not free and fair elections and is opposed to the principle that our nation was founded on.

And there are many accusations without evidence in Texas and so on, yet the focus is on the places where multiple massive election frauds would overturn the election. If the goal was to gather evidence from every place, then people should be in Texas and Alabama and North Carolina and Montana. And there is no way to do an election under such conditions.
