Trump is now 1-44 in election lawsuits. Of course, every day in court brings in an extra $7 million... I think I'd keep filing lawsuits too.

The City Attorney for Detroit has now filed the Official, in Court, on Paper, response to Powell-Rudi-Trump. The opening 4 lines of a lawsuit response:

“This is the lawsuit that one-time Trump legal team member Sidney Powell has been promising would be “biblical.” Perhaps, plaintiffs should have consulted with Proverbs 14:5, which teaches that, “a faithful witness does not lie, but a false witness breathes out lies.” Few lawsuits breathe out more lies than this one. The allegations are little more than fevered rantings of conspiracy theorists built on the work of other conspiracy theorists.”

Two years before she'd become the breakout star of the clown show Rudy Giuliani brought to Lansing this week, Mellissa Carone was sending her then-boyfriend's ex-wife graphic videos of the two of them having sex.
Police reports obtained by Deadline Detroit reveal obscenity and computer crime charges filed against the 33-year-old Grosse Pointe Woods mother stem from a harassment campaign she waged against a 42-year-old woman in 2018 and 2019. Earlier Friday, the Wayne County Prosecutor's Office said Carone pleaded the initial charges down to disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor.
Her boyfriend's ex-wife, Jessica, called Southgate police about Carone multiple times between November 2018 and September 2019, initially after receiving three videos from an unknown email address showing Carone and her ex having sex. Carone's last name was then Wright.
Police traced the IP address from the emails to Carone, who initially denied sending them but revealed she was aware of their content. Eventually, she confessed to investigators, saying her goal was to send Jessica “over the top.” She admitted to also asking her boyfriend to cover her tracks by getting a new router and internet provider.

Carone served a one-year probation sentence. It ended shortly before she was contracted by Dominion Voting Systems to perform IT work at Detroit's TCF Center during the November election, where she's baselessly claimed she witnessed rampant fraud. She went viral this week with bogus testimony from two state Legislative hearings.
As of August 2019, Carone and her boyfriend had harassed Jessica for roughly two years, an officer's statement said. Records show Carone claimed it was retaliation for false accusations she said Jessica made about her in court.
Jessica told police Carone texted her in violation of a personal protection order that month. One text made mention of a fake Facebook account.
When the two encoutered one another outside the Southgate courthouse the following month, Jessica told police Carone drove around the parking lot twice, yelled “**** you” and gave her the finger.
Carone, a mother of two originally from downriver, told police she was working toward her degree in cyber security when she was charged. She received an information technology certificate from ITT Technological Institute in 2015.
Carone is now engaged to the man at the center of the case, the UK Daily Mail reported. Facebook photos suggest they recently had a child together.

Gates, who served as defense secretary under former Presidents Obama and George W. Bush, in 2019 said that he didn't know if Biden would make an effective president due to his policies.

'He and I agreed on some key issues in the Obama administration, we disagreed significantly on Afghanistan and some other issues,' Gates told CBS News.

'I think that the vice president had some issues with the military.'

Gates said he stood by what he wrote in his 2014 memoir, that Biden was 'impossible not to like.'

'He's a man of integrity, incapable of hiding what he really thinks, and one of those rare people you know you can turn to for help in a personal crisis.

'Still, I think he's been wrong on nearly every foreign policy and national security issue for the past four decades,' he added.

Aren't you concerned that these people make a wild claim, it gets proven false, then they make another even wilder claim?

I see that the claims made about Dominion from more than 5 days ago were proven false (multiple claims). The one from Thursday? that you just repeated above, I haven't found that it is proven false. But it does seem like the repeated falsehoods means that I or anyone else reasonable shouldn't listen to those who you uphold and shouldn't listen to you.

The fact that you seem to cheer the chaos and destruction... when were you compromised? When did you become anti-American?

(I also don't understand why the US Supreme Court should be ruling on the whether a Pennsylvanian law is in agreement with the Pennsylvanian Constitution. This seems to be a place where the Pennsylvanian Supreme Court would have the final say. The problem is if the Pennsylvanian law is not in agreement with the Federal law/Constitution or if there is a conflict between the State and the Federal.)
